UPLOADING YOUR COVID TEST RESULTS THROUGH YOUR PAYCOM PORTAL (iPHONE INSTRUCTIONS)
Step 1:
Log in to your Employee Self-Service and select the “Documents” tab
Step 2:
Click on the “+” icon on the bottom right of your screen to add your document
Step 3:
Select the “Covid Test Results Upload” template
Step 4:
Select “Next”
Step 5:
Select “Choose a file”
Step 6:
Select 1) “Photo Library” if you have a picture of your document already saved in your photos OR select 2) “Take Photo or Video” if you are going to take the picture of your document now to upload
Step 7:
Now that your document has uploaded, you will select “Add” to complete the addition of your document to your Paycom portal
Now you may view your Proof of Vaccination under “Completed” Documents
You may view your uploaded document at any time by accessing your Paycom portal.
Your records will be visible ONLY to you and Human Resources.
