UPLOADING YOUR COVID TEST RESULTS THROUGH YOUR PAYCOM PORTAL (PC/DESKTOP INSTRUCTIONS)

 

Step 1:
Log in to your Employee Self-Service and select the “Documents” tab

 

Step 2:
Select “Add Document”

 

Step 3:
Select the “Covid Test Results Upload” template

 

Step 4:
Select “Next”

 

Step 5:
Choose your file and then click “Add”
Now you may view your Proof of Vaccination under “Completed” Documents

You may view your uploaded document at any time by accessing your Paycom portal.

 

Your records will be visible ONLY to you and Human Resources.
