- To refer a potential employee please contact HR for a referral form or use the Paycom Ask Here feature to request an employee referral form.
- A member of the HR team will then add the referral form to your Employee Self Service profile in Paycom for you to complete.
- You will be able to complete it through the Paycom app on your phone or through the Paycom website on your computer.
- Once completed, HR will then review and pay the bonus once the thresholds are met below:
- Make sure the candidate puts your name as the person who referred them.
- You will receive a referral bonus if:
- You complete the employee referral form
- Candidate is hired
- Your name is listed on the referral area of the candidate's application
- Reaches their 60-day anniversary
- Works a minimum of 240 hours before their 90-day anniversary
- You are still an active employee with BSA.
- Employees involved in the hiring process are not eligible for referral awards.
- Only one referral award can be given per candidate. If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the first referral form received will be the one rewarded if the candidate is hired.
